What should I bring?+
Bring your computer or console and any power adapter or accessory related to the problem. Note when the issue started and any error messages. If you can safely back up important files beforehand, do so.
How do I get an estimate?+
Send a repair request or call the shop. We’ll discuss the symptoms and arrange an evaluation if needed. You review the options before approving work.
Can you help with my device?+
Ask us about desktops, laptops, custom PCs, upgrades, and business computers. We also repair Xbox and PS5 consoles, including HDMI ports and cooling problems. Service and data-recovery options depend on the device and its condition. Discuss any access needs with us directly; never send a password through the website.
